A true gentleman, Local 279-Ottawa, ON, member Marcel Malboeuf was one of the most committed, dedicated, and loyal ATU members of our Union. A constant presence at ATU conventions for many years as a Sergeant-of-Arms, Marcel touched the lives of many in our Union. His legacy will live on in the Marcel Malboeuf Scholarship Fund.
Only ATU Canada Members’ dependents are eligible who are enrolled in post-secondary education, and who exemplify the highest standard in academic achievement, and who demonstrate commitment and dedication in their community with the utmost leadership qualities.
