Update on the Driver Evaluations

To date, 107 operators have been evaluated and 78 operators have passed.

15 operators failed the road portion of the evaluation. Of those 15 operators, 8 were successfully retrained yesterday and the remaining 7 will be retrained today.

14 operators failed the cognitive test. These 14 operators will be on paid leave and will be sent to LifeMark for a medical assessment. If there is an underlying medical issue which caused the operator to fail the cognitive part of the test, it will be addressed.

If no medical issue is identified, the operator will be sent for retraining.

The goal is to have operators who have failed the evaluation retrained and put back on the road as soon as possible.
