Attention all City of Edmonton ATU Members

Recently the Union reviewed our members Long Term Disability (LTD) Fund and it was agreed, there will be no surplus distribution this year.

The number of members on LTD:

• In 2015 there were 97 members
• In 2016 the number of members rose all the way up to 108

This is by far the largest increase the LTD Plan has ever experienced and as a result the fund has paid out larger than expected amounts.

The fund remains healthy and the Union will continue to review the Long Term Disability Fund on an annual basis.
