ATU is asking all members to take and send photos and short video clips of the overflowing trash cans and litter at bus stops, LRT stations and Transit Centers.
The City is getting ready to contract out the remainder of litter basket pickups. This is the work of CUPE members and we need to show Councilors what a horrible job Bee-Clean does and make sure they keep this work in house and bring back the cleaning of bus shelters. Their sloppy work cleaning washrooms and other areas is easy to document. We can make a difference here and maybe get OUR work back in house as well. Please taker a minute to help create a massive documentary record of the error of contracting out. Send your photos and short clips to:
