ATU CANADA Stands in Solidarity with CUPE/OSBCU in Defending Workers’ Rights

Yesterday, Ontario’s Ford government moved to block strike action by 55,000 CUPE members by invoking the Notwithstanding Clause, stripping the workers of their constitutional human rights and undermining labour negotiations.
